Image and Media Policy

NepalPick uses a mixture of openly licensed photographs, owner-authorised media, and clearly identified contextual imagery. Destination pages display available credit and licence information with photographs.

Some images illustrate a wider region or a related travel experience rather than the exact destination. These are labelled as regional context where appropriate and should not be treated as proof of current weather, trail, wildlife, or infrastructure conditions.

Images uploaded through the owner administration area must be owned by the uploader or accompanied by permission or a valid reuse licence. Government ownership or public online availability does not automatically make an image free to reuse.

Homepage imagery may be editorial or illustrative. NepalPick does not use an image as evidence for a factual safety, access, or operating claim. If you are a rights holder and believe an image is incorrectly credited or used, NepalPick will review and, where appropriate, correct or remove it.
